Vinyasa (Flow) Yoga This class combines precision and alignment with breathing and meditation into a dynamic fluid flowing pattern of movement. The room is generally warm (80-85 degrees) to encourage a deep inner cleanse as participants slowly move through a sequence of heat building poses. There is emphasis on smooth and steady breathing to aid the participant become increasingly in touch with their bodies and more sensitive to the subtle sensations that are the product of mindful movement. This class is open to students of ALL LEVELS who have had some prior yoga experience. *Introduction to Tribal Bellydance with Nancy McAndrew. Beginning Monday March 24, 2008, 7:30-8:30 PM. This class will cover the fundamental elements of Tribal Style Bellydance; its origins, philosophy, movement and music. No experience or dance training is reguired. |

Six week Kid's Yoga with Rogers, Laura Fee: $30.00 6 Week Session Begins: Jul 02 2008 - Aug 06 2008 Ages: 7yrs to 12yrs What do trees, frogs, dogs, eagles and warriors all have in common? They all have yoga poses named after them! Learn these cool moves and more during this beginner's class crafted just for kids. Yoga practice is great for building strength, balance and confidence!
