Come see all the animals, purchase meats and
meet the farmers. A farm feast of corn beef, cabbage,
carrots and potatoes will be available for purchase.

Mountain Run Farm is a family farm located in Sedalia, Virginia in Bedford County.
Our acreage is in a serene valley with pristine mountain views of the Blue Ridge.
We're not far from the cultural hotspot: the Sedalia
Center, the breathtaking Blue Ridge Parkway and the
ever-popular Peaks of Otter.
We serve the surrounding Bedford, Lynchburg and
Central Virginia areas with farm grown, grass-fed beef,
pastured poultry, pork, turkeys, and catfish. We

April 18, 2008 Sweet Briar College Student Ecology Club
The Environmental Club at Sweet Briar will be hosting their Earth Day Celebration on Friday April, 18th from 6-10 PM. It will be a pot luck style dinner at the Sweet Briar College Boathouse and is open to the public. The faculty band FaSTwill be performing at the event. Depending on the weather, attendees can eat on the deck and look out over the lake and appreciate nature's beauty!
Green Spring Expo - April 19, 2008 8:30 AM to 5:00 PM at the Lynchburg City Armory.
Admission: $1.00 for adults (under 16 years old free) donation to be given to local green nonprofits. Scouts, Police, Firemen or Military in uniforms will be admitted free.
